petra, transitional turns lose power on punches as is rushed for speed with incorrect shoulder psitioning. in first few moves. Kicks of the ground - be aware of your foot's angle and kick with the heal. Before ki-i you kick to the front needs more definition with toes pulled back and correct foot positioning. Your stances are excellent. Maintaing correct height was excellent, flow was good and focus only inturupted when you realised you rushed the earlier move that i discussed. dont sacrifice technique for speed. watch for your elbow pointing out at waist when punching. I agree with Johnathan Clark about your speed, it looks like you were rushing it at times. It's what is sometimes called "LMNOP-ing" which means that you go along at the right pace until you do a series of things at once. You need to show each movement, and keep a good pace. However, I really like your intensity, and crisp movements at the begining.
