Julia, Lots of character in this one. Keep up the practice. Dont lean forward in stances posture and upright balance. Thumb positioning... have a look~! tuck them in the rear groin kick you complete should have your knees almost together and foot raised directly behind you kicking with the heal toes towards the ground. because your knees are apart your foot direction is off and unbalanced without power more like a swing. The raising elbow strike you have completed is at an interesting height you may wish to revise this it leaves your ribs very exposed and final hand position in this one resting on top or to the side ? every style has its differences. Check the height of your reinforced block it seems to extend way over your shoulder height. During steping back in sumo stance check to ensure your hand is actually protecting your head in the correct fashion. be aware of hip positioning during transition of moves. Make sure you finish one technique before attempting to move to the next you have rushed this and it has interupted your flow and rythum. Your turning elbow strikes/ blocks... i am used to seeing raising elbow blocks during this kata but check your height of these if they are strikes they seem a little low with your face exposed elbow isnt even at chin height, mirror image.
