sharon, It is hard for me to give you a score. The unfortunate part of judging by movie has allways been sight of angles and clarity of picture. Having said that here are some comments that may help you. Traditional kata always has a clear definition of starting and finishing positions for techniques and movements. You are sometimes rushing into the next technique and movement without finishing correctly. Your punches to the left hand side are not to center although it did show some crispness. the right leg when raising upwards is aimed to be a groin kick using your heal. Your knees are apart during this technique forcing your leg to extend out to the side and your toes should be pointed to the ground, they wernt. watch the angling of your wrist it is not punching with two nuckles more punching with bottom nuckles with a slight bend in the wrist. Allways look before you turn a common error. Your yoko geri to knee height must start and finish at your knee with your foot flat before moving to the next position. ALOT of practice to achieve this while maintaing flow be aware of what your hips are doing in the end part of your kata it seems as if your tiring. Also dont sink in your stance at the end nekawashi duchi make sure you maintain the same height by ensuring you move streight into the low position to show strength and flexibility. Be aware of how your wrists are at the end of the kata when bowing out. Make sure you dont lean forward in your stances too, this was evident several time throughout. kind regards Last_ronin
